I was born in New York but lived in London and Paris when I was little. I'm very interested in astronomy, mythology, and religion, and especially the history and religions of India. I've worked in the marketing department of Playland Amusement Park in Rye the past two summers, and for Summer 2009 am currently in Mumbai working for Lowe Lintas, an international advertising company.
Why I joined CCASA
I was originally pushed into joining CCASA by some friends, but I'm very glad they convinced me. CCASA is a great community that is growing every day :)
My experience with CCASA
I was Secretary of CCASA for the 2008-2009 academic year, and helped organize and facilitate many events such as IntoxicASIAN Night and ReCONNect with CCASA. IntoxicASIAN was the most fun I've ever had organizing an event, and am continuing CCASA this upcoming year as a Co-chair. I have met more people than I could ever imagine through joining CCASA, and have learned about a wide variety of different cultures. I don't regret for a second joining CCASA last year, for it's without a doubt the best extracurricular experience I've had at Conn.
